This position is responsible for query management and AP reconciliations (direct debit, open items) for EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal partners to ensure resolution of any vendor account open item.
• Maintain and update all process documentation.
• Ensures quality in customer service levels are maintained both internally and externally.
• Ensure timely management and reconciliation of vendor accounts and statements.
• Resolving queries and collaborating closely with vendors and local purchasing teams via e-mails and phone calls.
• Clearing the Direct Debit accounts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced English skill is a must! (ability to collaborate confidently with external and internal customers via phone and email)
• Accounts Payable experience (internship is also considered!)
• Ability to meet targets and prioritize assigned task
• Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and customer focused with attention to detail.
• Experience in high volume, multi entity, processing function
• Need to be able to process large volumes of information efficiently.
