What you will be doing Responsible for a full range of activities which improve the productivity and operational effectiveness of Clario’s sales organization. Primary responsibilities focus on supporting sales management and the business development team.
  • Assist the Director, Sales Operations in documenting and monitoring the sales processes as well as establishing best practices concerning sales processes and methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of processes and tools to improve the accuracy and quality of the Sales Operations process templates, client agreements and working procedures
  • Schedule and coordinate on-boarding activities for new commercial team members.
  • Lead various special projects including development of new onboarding programs for sales hires; ongoing training and development and exam based metrics for the global sales team
  • Act as an internal liaison for the Sales Team interfacing with multiple functional areas.
  • Interface with Business Development Representatives, as well as Technical and Scientific resources related to Sales Operations matters
  • As applicable, provide comprehensive review of proposals, pricing, contracts and change orders prior to submission to the client to ensure consistency with RFP requirements
  • Prepare, review and modify Sales Operations process documentation, as required by company objectives
  • Oversee/maintain SalesForce.com including streamlining of processes and documentation
What we look for
  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales operations/support experience
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize high work volume
  • Strong proficiency with SalesForce.com
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, with attention to timeliness and detail
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in written form required
  • Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a cross functional team environment
