NRO DevOps Security Architect

About this opportunity

• Responsible for analysing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs.
• Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
• Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.
• Solution Architect could also take responsibilities within Customer Support sales and service delivery.

What you will do

• Work with solution architects, Product owners and teams together on automating security processes
• Support security certification work inc. documentation as needed
• Support key solution development roles in having necessary security information recorded and collected
• Combine both Cloud and automation technical expertise with security domain knowledge to drive security compliance in the most effective way
• Security Assessment and Certification
• Security Activities backlog management
• Information Security Risk Management & Follow up
• EVMS / Nessus Vulnerability Management follo up
• Security Exemption Management
• Managing Security Incidents with Product owners and DevOps
• Conduct in-depth discussions with customers regarding the technology strategy and key challenges.
• Analyse customer technology and business environment & requirements (non-functional requirements), customer business plans and customer improvement areas and challenges related to technology and business.
• Take on the CSR role in Core-3 or a similar role as solution scope responsible. and work with Core 3 team on list of potential activities and solutions and to develop and construct value argumentation and contribute to case modelling around the customer solution.
• Contribute to and present case argumentation to c-level.
• Lead or support Ericsson solution reviews and analysis for Customer Support security service.

BNEW SAN NRO Specific Scope: The Security SPOC is part of a virtual team lead by SANT Security Manager and is responsible for various Security areas prioritized by Ericsson Security Strategy:

• Information Security - ISO Aligned Ways of Working for Information Security Control Implementations, Risk Management and Overall Security Posture.
• IT Security - Secure Architecture, Secure Lifecycle Management and Security Monitoring of IT Services and Product Security - Alignment with SRM framework.
• Privacy - Ensure privacy standards in the IT Service.
• BCM - BCM Implementation & Business Resilience.
• General Security - Security Competence Improvement of the group.
• Support the Devops, SAs and DPOs in the capacity of a Security Architect and provide possible, detailed technical solutions for following the security requirement and Provide specialist security knowledge and advice to the organization.

• Requires in depth expertise in one or more areas of specialism working to provide standard methodology insights and new points of view using existing solutions to solve complex problems and develops depth in own specialism appreciating the wider field of specialism and how their own role relates to other roles and to the business!
• May lead business area teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
