Manage the day-to-day activities of the office. Maintains and completes orders of office supplies, including regular check of inventories....
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office.
- Maintains and completes orders of office supplies, including regular check of inventories.
- Manages incoming invoices, create purchase requisitions, cooperation with internal finance departments for payments
- Coordinates office maintenance, keep in contact with landlord, maintenance team and cleaning company
- Organize company-events (teambuilding, office days, summer or Christmas events, CSR activities)
- Welcome new joiners on their first day, support HR team with administration of new joiners and leavers
- Occasionally coordinates business meetings (hotel arrangements, catering, business meeting needs and entertainment)
- Performs clerical duties including data entry, filing, and completion of simple forms
- Involved into office-related changes, upgrades.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or colleagues; processes outgoing mail.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients when necessary.
- Work with and support the HR department with administrative activities (medical check arrangements, health & safety training organization, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Typically possesses High School diploma/College degree is advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Effective at dealing with people at all levels (colleagues, higher management and business leaders).
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do approach to work independently and solve problems.

- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a multinational environment preferably in a Shared Services environment is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels.
- Good attention to details.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Fluent communication in English (both written and verbal) and Hungarian;
- Solid user-level proficiency in MS Office
