LOC Quality Manager, QP/RP About the role The LOC Quality Manager QP/RP Hungary exists to ensure consistent implementation of sustainable Haleon Quality Management Systems, Haleon Standards, and local Authorities requirements. You will be the main point of contact for Health Authorities. In this role you will be responsible for oversighting Hungarian MultiMarket Warehouse serving Hungary and Central Eastern Europe Export Markets. You will act as Quality Representative leading quality management review of process performance and product quality, the quality management system, and overall cultural plan in Hungary. You will have the responsibility to escalate and report any non-compliance of GxP activity impacting the Logistic Service Providers, batch release, product quality, post marketing activity to relevant Leadership team and RHCS Cluster Quality Lead. You will be responsible to ensure that quality activities operate in a cost effective and efficient manner: improve quality, facilitate Quality Management and lead the development of a right first time, quality culture. Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for all QMS related and operational quality activities and issues relating to the commercial business.
• Ensure implementation of a robust, sustainable and effective Haleon Quality Management System, in line with GMP/GDP and any local legal and regulatory requirements for all marketed products (medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, foods, other).
• Monitor and review performance metrics against the targets, present and liaise periodically with Country General Manager/Cluster Leadership Team to agree improvement areas.
• Manage product incident management and ensure timely and effective escalation of quality incidents.
• Oversight all the operational quality activities managed by operations manager and partner with LOC Quality Supply Chain to make sure all operations happen in the quality excellence and with cost discipline.
• Ensure and strong business partnering for developing and implementing a cultural and engagement plan of the organisation.

Acting as Qualified Person in Hungary MultiMarket Warehouse

• Supervise that each batch of medicinal products are in line with the legislation in force and in accordance with the requirements set in the relevant marketing authorization.
• Order and carry out the necessary sampling required for the formal and analytical EU inspection of batch of the products.
• Monitor the handling of retention samples and reference samples.
• Order and carry out formal and compliance inspections and audits.
• Propose release or rejection of incoming batches.
• Approving any subcontracted activities which may impact on GMP/GDP
• Decision on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products.

Why you? Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy and experience eligible for Qualified and Responsible Person role in Hungary.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/GDP.
• Understanding of and experience in quality assurance systems (e.g.: batch release, product incidents, artwork control, third party managements, etc.).
• Knowledge on effective quality documentation systems.
• Minimum of 2-5 years proven experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer healthcare Quality Assurance, Compliance.
