About the Function Our team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers. We are one team with the supply operation and have a plenty of occasions to understand the business focus areas and get business insights on sourcing, production or logistics . About the Role The FP&A Senior Manager is a member of the senior Leadership Team with dedicated responsibilities around organizational effectiveness and transformation agenda, capability building and people development. Regardless of role location the FP&A Senior Manager is required to lead, coordinate, coach people both in an immediate team, as well as across the related teams in Financial Controlling & Accounting tower and in-market when it comes to all aspects of financial performance matters.
The role will have 2 main purposes in the next financial year:: Global Supply performance management – focusing on COGS drivers Productivity and Global Inventory Supporting Global Supply initiatives (Supply Agility)

• Provide excellent finance thought leadership, analysis and tools to the Global Supply & Procurement leadership team and other supply business partners through the delivery of world class monthly Global Supply reporting.
• Owner of to deliver timely, accurate, relevant and insightful monthly reports on all aspects of Global Supply performance
• Develop and demonstrate a keen understanding of the drivers of COGS performance at a global and market level and ensure that actionable insights are shared with both Global Supply and market stakeholders
• Provide excellent Productivity and Inventory monthly reporting to support robust investment decision making
• Provide excellent financial support for the management of Global Supply initiatives (Supply Agility)

About You

• Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business.
• 8-10 years’ experience is management or financial accounting, Financial Performance & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
• Fluent English knowledge
