Team/Role Overview

Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citis businesses and regions, and partnerships with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments and industry counterparts. Technology and Project Management Office is a newly established team within CSIS, reporting to CSIS Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Security technology development plays an increasingly larger role in CSIS. The needs of the security staff are becoming more technically complex and support and development of these capabilities are essential to ensure we maintain the high level of service we provide to Citi.

This role is about to support implementation and development of key security technologies to enhance the capabilities of CSIS teams, including; Security, Investigations, Global Intelligence & Analysis (GIA) and Executive Protection mainly in Europe, MEA, UK and APAC Clusters working in strong cooperation with global teams. The position will report to Head of PMO International.

What you’ll do

• Support implementation of all security access control and surveillance and alarm systems in Citi compliant way:

• Contribute to security implementation projects

• Ensure implementation and setup of Access control, video surveillance and alarm systems is conducted in compliance with Citi IT policies and standards and relevant policies in CSIS

• Assist security system consolidation, remediation and standardization project

• Provide technical support to Security Program and Project managers during projects

• Contribute to the design of tech rooms from CSIS perspective during new projects

• Support the Information Security Officer and the Risk and Control team

• Work as CSIS/security representative in projects with Security Engineering (formerly CATE) on bringing in access control software to compatibility with Citi network specifications

• Support in-country based security managers in connecting security systems to Citi network, including management of firewall rules, interaction with global and regional network teams

• Be the main point of contact between CSIS functions and CSIS PM & Technology team for all CSIS products/equipment used in Security, Investigations, GIA and Cyber organizations

What we’ll need from you

• Bachelor’s/University degree

• 5+ years of experience in Information and Data Security

• Understanding of network design techniques (intranet, LAN, VLAN etc.)

• Database management basics

• Identity and Access management knowledge

• Change management knowledge

• Basic project management knowledge/certification

• Affinity for new technology implementation

• Fluent English language skills
