The Order Entry / Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring the daily ordering and invoicing management, daily contact with shipping partners and departments to track the status of orders and provide support for customers and the sales team on orders and invoicing.

This position is part of the Sales Team located in Budapest and will be onsite. The position is limited to a one year contract.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Order and invoicing management and other administrative tasks
• Contact with customers on phone (complaint and assets management)
• Daily work with company-specific software
• Regular contact with other European Departments (written/spoken)
• Solving logistics and delivery issues
• Strong support and cooperation with the sales team
• Assistance to the Managing Director

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3+ years experience in office administration tasks, order and invoicing management and managing customer care issues
• Communicative and team player with ability to work under pressure
• Dynamic, energetic personality, open to learning new things
• Ability to work independently – working on more tasks at the same time
• Good English spoken and written
• Working experience in sales focused company
• School leaving exam, higher education is an advantage
