Are you seeking a purposeful and rewarding Finance career opportunity in Hungary? The Clario Accounts Payable team is expanding in Budapest, and with big ambitions and a clear vision for the future, now is the time to join us as an Accounts Payable Associate. What we offer:

What youll be doing:
  • Process AP invoices using ERP System (PO and Non-PO)
  • Resolve invoice issues and understand when to escalate as needed
  • PO research to facilitate invoice processing
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Handle vendor inquiries and disputes
  • Help with preparing unprocessed invoice monthly accruals
What we look for:
  • Minimum 1 year AP experience, using an automated ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS
  • Good understanding of purchasing, receiving and 2 and 3-Way match process
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
