Job Description: As S2C Procurement Team Leader you are person who brings in passion for S2C support processes & tools. The purpose of the role for Indirect Procurement is to lead the Sourcing Support service line and continuous improvement activities. Establish and maintain effective measures to monitor and ensure that the S2C support – including RFX, contract management etc. performs according to defined service levels. Lead S2C team to define and implement actions and projects to continuously enhance the process effectiveness and efficiency. Train Procurement Sourcing Support Specialists balancing their workload when needed to ensure there are no business disruptions.
You will work closely with the S2C Procurement Site Lead / S2C Procurement Regional Lead in defining & executing the following: 1. Managerial
  • Build/lead/develop the team
  • Challenge current processes - standardize, simplify, automate and digitize.
  • Develop close working relationships with Categories/Regions & GPS team to understand their needs
  • Build annual strategy & operational roadmap
  • Train, coach & develop team members in alignment with global GPS onboarding program.
  • Build a highly collaborative & motivated & engaged team
  • Be solutions oriented. Continuous improvement is in your DNA
2. Operational Recruit, train and lead a GPS team to perform the following key functions:
Contract Management
  • Handle administration and maintenance of contract data, storage of documents
  • Support sourcing teams on contract management related tasks: creation & signature processes within the digital platform (SSP-SRM)
  • Drive contract spend coverage and transparency by handling the contract migration of offline contracts
  • Be a champion for the introduction of Coupa Sourcing and Support module
Sourcing Support
  • Execute Procurement Operations activities in Coupa procurement tool as defined in triage
  • Facilitate the gathering of data and relevant specifications for sourcing events
  • Manage the suppliers onboarding process to our digital platform SSP SRM
  • Prepare and launch RFx within the digital platform in line with SSP SRM processes
  • Chase responses, clarification to suppliers during RFx / eRA events
  • Perform tactical sourcing projects, as requested by Regions/Categories
Tail coordination
  • Coordinate IP tail spend activities globally with external service providers
  • Manage invoice disputes with providers and internal requestors
  • Facilitate Operational Governance – weekly/monthly meetings with stakeholders
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Activities and Change management
  • Manage KPI’s and escalations
Continuous improvement
  • Collaborate to drive standardization across hubs to continuously improve processes
  • Identify areas of opportunities to simplify and automate ways of working
Analytics/Data Management
  • Manage standard and customized spend data report collections
  • Ensure high level of data accuracy within digital tools
Strategic Supplier Initiatives
  • Support various global/regional/local strategic supplier initiatives for Regions/Categories, such as Decent Work, Data Privacy, ISO26000, etc.
3. Transformation & Innovation
  • Develop programs to implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver services which are more efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centric
  • Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders
  • Collaborate with peers to drive standardization across hubs to continuously improve processes
  • Identify areas of opportunities to simplify and automate ways of working. Develop business cases
  • Execute the CI plan in coordination with Finance, GSC IS, Legal, Internal Audit and Schneider Digital organizations.
  • Lead Transformation including Transitions of new processes to the global GPS hubs.
  • Recognize promising ideas and finds way to introduce them into the future plans and discard ideas that are ineffective, costly or beyond the scope of the company’s mission or abilities to develop.
  • Continuously analyzes operations for improvement and program optimization.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of working experience
  • 3-year experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Procurement Strategic and Tactical Sourcing exposure globally across regions
  • Fluent English and Outstanding communication
  • Experience in team development and leadership
  • Candidate should be aware of 7 steps strategic sourcing process
  • Preferred experience with e-Procurement tools (SRM, COUPA, ARIBA, SAP, ORACLE)
  • Strong customer focus with ability to build strategic, high-level relationships with internal customers
  • Digital acumen (e.g. RPAs, Collaboration tools, SSP-SRM, MDG, Coupa, etc)
  • Indirect Procurement background/Exposure is a must
  • Networking Management & Customer orientation
  • Ability to navigate complexities in a global matrix organization with clear action & drive for solution
  • Robust program management competency
  • Complex Problem solving and self-motivation and self-direction
