Logistics Account Manager

What you’ll do

• Drive Logistics improvements on customer level to ensure quality, sustainability and cost targets are met, taking into account Customer NPS O&D

• Establish a logistics-to-logistics relationship with key customers

• Be the contact point for our sales organization to manage Customer logistics contractual requirements

• Define, formalize, implement, maintain and monitor execution of the Logistics Customer Service Offer and Service Level Agreements of Signify

• Understand customer requirement towards DC and related systems, elaborate solutions and associated cost within CFH

• Provide pricing options to Customers, prepare arguments to overcome Customers objection

• Identify improvement opportunities on cost, quality and service, define a project pipeline

• Drive implementation of customer specific improvements in alignment with customers, sales and other stakeholders

• Represents logistics in Customer performance review. Provide visibility of our Service (DRM ER), Quality (Claims) and Cost for given Customers

Your qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Customer Order processes, Logistics processes and capabilities, finance, and IT systems.

• Customer-centric attitude and commercial savviness

• Analytical and structured in defining our logistical service offer

• Digital proficiency

• Collaborative mindset (Internal and external)

• Strategic thinking (analyze situation, propose solutions in line with Customer needs and align with company strategy)

• Effective communication, able to conduct a sales pitch.

• Understand commercial negotiation
