Feladatok:

• Mylearning folyamatok koordinálása és felügyelete, biztosítani, hogy a kitűzött célok teljesülnek a terület teljesítmény mérőszámainak megfelelően
• Mylearning-es rendszer használatának folyamatos fejlesztése, monitorozása, rendszerszintű hibák kiszűrése és orvoslása, fejlesztési ötletek kitalálása és bevezetése
• Szakmai kapcsolattartás a TechTeam (myLearning L2 support) csapattal
• Tréning rendszer működésével kapcsolatos riportok készítése, fejlesztése
• Részvétel az inspekciós adatszolgáltatásban és a belső auditok lebonyolításában
• Tréning rendszerrel kapcsolatos projektek szakmai vezetése (digitalizáció/papírmentesség)
• Oktatásszervezési folyamat és csoportmunka koordinálása az éves vállalati tréning terv és ad hoc igények alapján az L&D managerrel együttműködve

Elvárások:

• Felsőfokú végzettség
• Erős tapasztalat képzési területen
• Középfokú angol nyelvtudás
• Magas felhasználói szintű Excel ismeretek
