Major function This position is responsible for providing the material requirements for the production lines for accurately administering the moving parts. Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Provides the material requirements for production lines. Moves parts from Staging/Cross Dock and Kanban/Minimarket areas
  • Refill Kanban shelves (only in HPW and FC – packaging area)
  • Accurately fixes and administers moving parts
  • Selectively collects and disposes of waste generated during material loading to designated locations.
  • Takes appropriate measures in case of discrepancy between warehouse system and warehouse stock
  • Inventory assistance to the best of his/her ability
  • Monitor inventory and report low inventory
  • Prepares remanufactured parts that have been collected in rows and are no longer used to be restocked
  • Additional duties in HPW area:
    • continuous contact with Warehouse and other departments
    • replace IPQC technician’s responsibility and check the finished-goods
    • move finished goods into Test Area and fill them with fuel
    • clean cross-dock, kanban and supermarket areas
  • Compliance with quality requirements
  • Compliance with technological, occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • Preservation and careful handling of work equipment and transported materials
  • To perform all other tasks not against law, as determined by his/her supervisor, to follow instructions
  • Compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and 14001 systems
Minimum requirements
  • Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to learn workflow within deadlines and ability to work independently
  • Ability to read and write and speak local language effectively.
  • Ability to use IT devices and systems (handling and using company’s applications, MES…)
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to realize problems and indicates them in accordance with escalation practice
  • Must be able to lift up products in the area, on your own or in a team lift environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (minimum 8, maximum 12 hours)
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with non-A/C and with A/C working environment.
  • Must be able to work with and use forklifts.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced working environment, and be multi-tasked.
  • Must be reliable, dependable and have good attendance.
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime, including working day’s and Saturday’s as work demands.
Experience: In case of HPW and FC – Packaging area:
  • Experience in using forklift is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Experience in previous line feeding / stopekeeping is an advantage, but not a requirement
In case of VACS and FC (except Packaging area):
  • Experience in using pallet lifting machine is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Experience in previous line feeding is an advantage, but not a requirement
Language
  • Read and speak on local language
Education: In case of HPW and FC – Packaging area:
  • at least a secondary school degree (vocational school)
  • license for each forklift group she/he uses in daily work + OKJ
In case of VACS and FC (except Packaging area):
  • at least finished primary school education
  • license for each forklift group is an advantage, but not a requirement
