Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary....

Roles and responsibilities
  • Answering calls, mails
  • Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary
  • Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
  • Taking ownership of the issue
  • Escalating contacts efficiently

Please note this position is an afternoon shift starting flexibly from 12:30 – 14:30

You will be great in this role if you have:
  • Graduate/ high school education
  • At least advanced Hungarian knowledge
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, positive attitude
  • Fast thinking, customer focused
