Your Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, professional, and supportive Customer Service Team. You will interact with both our business partners and end-users, assisting them in the purchasing process and providing high level support to existing customers with our spare parts and service solutions via various channels (phone, email, chat, and in person at our showroom).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product advice to professional partners (dealers, installers, contractors, architects) and private customers via phone, email, or in person at our showroom.
  • Guide the complete purchasing journey, including preparation of price offers, order management, and addressing questions related to delivery, payment, and invoices.
  • Promote marketing campaigns and perform tasks related to customer service.
  • Support existing customers with the maintenance and repair of products.
  • Handle complaints efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Manage the customer database: create new customer profiles, and maintain existing data.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department, logistics, and delivery partners.
  • Use systems like SAP, call center software, CRM, and ticketing systems accurately and professionally.

About You: You are a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with a strong customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, multitasking effectively and managing stress well. With 1-3 years of customer service experience, you are detail-oriented, and capable of understanding technical products. Your passion for learning and proactive approach ensures you provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with our partners and customers.

Knowledge of SAP, CRM, or ticketing systems and experience in a multinational company are additional advantages.

Requirements:

Professional:
  • Secondary education minimum
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in technical products and solutions
  • SAP, CRM or ticketing system knowledge and experience in a multinational company are advantages
Soft Skills:
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude with patience and openness
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
