Sales Operations Specialist (Romanian and English speaking)

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and providing exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic Sales Operations team at VELUX Commercial in Budapest, Hungary where youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of orders from our salesforce, ensuring we meet customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients in the construction industry and various departments within our organization.
• Manage internal order processes, logistics, invoicing, and documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and CRM systems (SAP C4C) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Your qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• A blend of technical understanding with commercial acumen.
• Excellent command of both English and Romanian.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in ERP systems like Navision being advantageous.
• Dynamic persona with prior experience in administration or administrative support.
• Methodical and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
