  • Support managers with performance review preparation related to our Performance Management process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meaningful feedback.
  • Stay ahead of the latest developments in the HR industry and labor legislation, ensuring our practices are compliant, innovative, and effective.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects, contributing to our strategic objectives and promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to provide data & reports for cost forecasting and budgeting, guiding our leaders in understanding staff cost implications.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner
  • University degree in human resources / economics
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Up to date Hungarian labour law knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to work independently, drive projects
