Trainee Field SpecialistsOur client requires Trainee Field Specialists to join their team on a permanent basis in Hungary. Field Specialists focus on the vital technical and operational procedures that ensure the clients sites are safe and customers get exceptional service. Through a combination of hands-on learning and formal training, Field Specialists act as the companys representative on-site. Responsibilities of the Trainee Field Specialist:
- Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the well site, job location, or plant, including equipment rig-up and rig-down and product installation.
- Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of products.
- Document product and service non-conformances in the field via the Quest and Intouch reporting systems within prescribed timelines.
- Provide support and installation when required.
- Decommission and/or rig-down and organise shipping of test equipment, spares, or any excess equipment back to the facility.
- Provide field service management with updates regarding the status of programs, customer problems, failures, trends, and climate.
- Technical or Vocational Degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
- Ability to think methodically.
- Hands-on experience in a mechanical role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision.
