You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
- Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
- Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
- Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
- Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
- Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Category Activation team
- Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

What you need to know about this position:
- Preparing and presenting Work instructions (WI) for Field force team
- POSM delivery management
- POSM warehouse management ( invoicing, inventory management and all other warehouse related activities)
- Warehousing and transporting budget administration
- POSM eshop administration and management
- Execution monitoring
- Active participation in regular meetings ( KAM, NSM, RSM)
- Tating tours preparation
- Guide field how to sell more using shopper insights, support/cocreate motivation programs
- Other supporting activities to secure execution of customer/category promotions (company activities, TMPs, in-store theatres, special projects, ...)
- Managing Revenue Growth Management project on Local Modern Trade
- Analysing National Consumer Promotions with Marketing department
- Support marketing and sales team regarding Nielsen analysis
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Fluent English language knowledge and native Hungarian is a must
- Sales, trade or FMCG experience preffered
- Good analytical skills
- Advanced PC knowledge is a must (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Driving licence B
