Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Selection Specialist, youll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands.
You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full lifecycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations.

  • Ability to draw insights from data/metrics and execute recruitment plans in a data-driven manner
