Retail Site Support Accountant

In this role You will:

    Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for business units, aligning with Finance Standards and Practices. Support statutory accounts and Tax analyses, collaborating closely with external auditors and reporting teams. Dive into daily transaction bookings and reconciliations, tackling complex tasks with finesse. Develop a deep understanding of partner processes, providing top-notch service and addressing issues proactively. Take the lead on managing portfolios or supporting SMEs and Leads as needed. Guide partners through General Ledger activities, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Collaborate across teams to maintain Balance Sheet Integrity and uphold high standards of data accuracy and quality.

What You will need to be successful:

    Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent experience Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Polish is considered a valuable asset Demonstrates strong analytical skills, numerical proficiency, and financial awareness Proactively takes initiative, anticipating needs and taking action Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with a proven track record of successful delivery Possesses the ability to question and improve processes for enhanced effectiveness Embraces a customer- and service-centric approach
