Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organization that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. It`s ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Role purpose:


As part of the GBS People & Communication team, you are responsible for driving, designing, and implementing People Engagement Programs and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda with global scope. You are responsible for ensuring that these actions are properly promoted and communicated across GBS in collaboration with the communication team.

As this is a global organization, flexibility to work in different time zones can be required, business needs are mainly in the CET time zone. The location of the position is neutral, so no relocation is needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Based on the GBS People strategy agenda roadmap, designing, implementing, and deploying Engagement, Well-being activities, covering Employer Branding aspect as well
  • Coordinate global and/or local people projects, identifying project requirements and deliverables; setting proper deadlines and timelines and monitoring the projects progress from start to finish, working with key stakeholders
  • Take part in establishing a Diversity agenda and Well-being culture within GBS and execute the relevant steps
  • Contribute with improvement ideas and help shape our GBS people roadmap
  • Direct contact with external vendors
  • Partner with GBS HR and Group HR on relevant topics, e.g. Hydro Monitor, Pulse Survey, CSR, Diversity agenda
Requirements:
  • Min. 5+ years’ experience: Shared Services experience or project management or HR process experience
  • Experience working in virtual environment
  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • MS office applications
  • Reliability, handling of confidential data / information
  • Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Availability to travel if needed
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to prioritize under deadline pressure
  • Organized, precise and accurate
