As Local Hub Engagement Partner within our Change Management & Staff Engagement team, you’ll have a direct impact on our Budapest Hubs daily life as you will be in charge of developing and executing Stakeholder and Employee Engagement initiatives, building both internal and external engagement and visibility of the Hub .
Main responsibilities:
- Work together with Head of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement (SEE) to create and implement Local Hub Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategy and plan (such as: engagement concept, event roadmap, communication plan, Hub onboarding concept, etc.)
- Define and implement Hub engagement, event and community network framework and provide best practices, checklists for implementation
- Be responsible for Local Hub communication strategy (development and implementation) in line with the Cross-Hub and Global communication plan and brand activation
- Manage development and execution of communications materials and content (such as fact sheets, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, presentations)
- Contribute, plan, and oversee the distribution of Local Hub engagement budget
- Ensure communication messages are consistent across all internal and external channels
- Work in collaboration with the Hub Head, Hub Leadership team and other functions
About you
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of working experience of communication experience in a similar role or environment (e.g., media, communications, or PR (Public Relations) agency), preferably in a global business transformation environment, within Shared Services industry and/or Communications function.
- Soft skills:
- Outstanding communication, editorial and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong in driving results, have hands-on approach and make things work in collaboration with teams of different functional expertise
- Open-minded, self-starter and initiative-taker
- Excellent organizational with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks, go along with the constantly changing environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, maintaining positive professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, including with Senior stakeholders
- Multi-tasker, able to establish and keep priorities and timelines to effectively manage workload of self and others
- Technical skills:
- Digitally savvy - Proficient level in using a broad range of Microsoft O365 (e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, List, SharePoint, Sway, Yammer), communication tools, software (video and picture editing tools), and techniques.
- Education: University degree, preferably in communication/marketing or a creative discipline
- Languages: Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language is a plus.
