We are looking for
HRBP Intern
to join our team in Budapest!

The role:

As part of the Global HRBP team, we provide end-to-end human resources support to our Budapest based OneSource population. Partnering with the HR Business Partner and Recruiter our main focus is to provide high touch services to our colleagues while ensuring all HR related tasks are done with the highest level of accuracy delivered in time.

• Provide administrative support regarding our HR processes (recruitment, talent management, trainings, performance development plan, etc.).
• Participate in the on-/offboarding administration.
• Support the talent acquisition process with prescreening, organizing interviews and keeping connection with our candidates.
• Keep our databases, org charts up to date.
• Participate in our HR related projects (employer branding, social event, data cleansing, process improvement etc.).

• Ongoing College/University Studies in Hungary, preferably in human resources or psychology.
• Flexibility is key! Be ready to commit at least 20 hours per week, with the option for home office.
• Showcase your talent for time management, meeting deadlines, and driving projects to completion.
• Let your communication and organizational skills shine.
• Your keen attention to detail is your superpower.
• MS Office is your playground.
• Youre fluent in English (any other European language is a fantastic bonus!).
