About the job As a Talent Acquisition Partner, youll play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with our open positions, helping them find their dream job while contributing to our vibrant community of professionals. • Manage 360recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Supporting international recruitment across Europe.
• Utilize diverse recruitment methods, including LinkedIn sourcing.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to present qualified candidates.
• Maintain job postings and ensure the smooth operation of our applicant tracking system.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and build strong relationships.

What we are looking for

• 2-4 years experience in recruitment
• Bachelors degree in Economics, HR or other relevant major
• Confident LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Agency background and/or experience with SSC profiles is highly preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are required
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems systematically
• Sales ability and a knack for selling the brand, job, and company
• Reliability, persistence, and attention to detail are crucial
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
