About the role
We are looking for a Senior-level Android Engineer with strong technical skills. You will be a part of a mixed team working closely on an exciting startup project. On the personnel service-providing system, you will be given the authority to take technical calls and build new functionality.

What you will do:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Kotlin, adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Implement user interfaces and user experiences following design guidelines and best practices to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Write and execute tests to ensure product quality and stability
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
• Participate in bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes
• Assist in reviewing and providing feedback on code contributed by team members
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team
• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, improving app responsiveness, and optimizing resource usage

Skills and qualities we appreciate:

• Proficiency in XML-based layout development
• Strong experience in Kotlin programming language with the ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Git version control
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
• Experience with web frontend development is an advantage
• Proficiency in the English language
